Our stay at Wolf Creek was wonderful overall. We loved the pet-friendly chalets and the beautiful vineyard on the property. The friendly staff and the convenient shuttle service made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the room was quite warm at night due to a lack of air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable during our August visit.

The chalet we stayed in was clean but definitely needed better cooling options. It was a charming setup, but the heat made it tough to sleep comfortably.

We had a comfortable stay at Wolf Creek Resort, with nicely remodeled and clean chalet rooms that came with all the essentials. The staff was helpful, and I loved that it was pet-friendly, although the extra fee was a minor downside. Overall, it was a cozy experience, and I can't wait to return!

My experience was quite frustrating. The hotel had serious noise issues from street traffic, and the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite my attempts to address this, the management was unhelpful. On a brighter note, my family had a fantastic time at Wolf Creek in a lovely chalet. The pet-friendly environment, vineyard views, and memorable concert night made up for the heat inside the room—just wish there was better air conditioning.

The street-facing room was noisy and freezing cold, while the chalet was warm but lacking in air conditioning.

The management was not very helpful when I requested a room change after the cold issue, which was disappointing.

While the chalet was comfortable and nicely arranged, it really needed an air conditioner or fans to handle the August heat.

I found this cozy resort last minute during my snowboarding trip to Big Bear, and it was a delightful surprise. The location was really convenient, with fast food places right across the street for quick meals after a long day on the slopes. However, the room could have been a bit more spacious, and while it was warm upon arrival, it had some chilly spots, and I encountered a little spider on the bed, which was unsettling.

Rooms

The chalet room was like a small studio, cozy but a bit chilly, with a queen-size bed and a futon. It could use more attention to cleanliness as I found a spider on the bed.
Service

The check-in staff were nice, but I did have a minor issue with housekeeping not addressing all my requests, which was frustrating.
Location

The resort is about 10 minutes from Snow Summit, which was perfect for my snowboarding trip. There were also several dining options just a minute away.

The amenities were basic, but there was an extra heater in the room which was helpful for staying warm.
